ATHOJET 1K 909 reacts with water and yields a polyurethane semi rigid foam (slightly flexible). The formation of CO2 makes the foam penetrate very well into the cracks. The reaction speed can be adapted easily by varying the accelerator or catalyst content from 5% to 10%. The more catalyst is added, the faster the reaction velocity. The end product neither shrinks nor swells. A good compression strength is obtained in a very short time. Free expansion: 40 times. Useful in immediate sealing of heavy water leakage by expanding the foam 4000% and provides hydrophobic foam which in turn gives better water proofing.
ATHOJET 2K 909 is used to permanently seal dry or wet cracks or joints in concrete, stone and masonry. This system is used in construction and civil engineering both for new structures or repair purposes. ATHOJET 2K 909 is a two component, polyurethane, phthalate free system, consisting of a resin component and a special type of isocyanate. Provides elastic sealing with hardness of shore A 50-60. Used for sealing after foam and can also be used for crack filling.
ATHOJET 1K 606 is a hydrophobic grout based on polyurethane. Upon contact with water, ATHOJET 1K 606 reacts to closed cell rubber-like foam while expanding its volume up to 27 times. The cured material is of a constant volume. Since water is not a component of the foam structure, the cured material is essentially not affected by water or dryness. The reacted material does not shrink or swell. Depending on the pressure of injection, ATHOJET 1K 606 reacts to a very dense material or foam.
